How do I book a photo session with you?
To secure your preferred date, a 50% non-refundable down payment is required.
Your booking is confirmed once the payment is received.
The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 7 days before the session/event, unless agreed otherwise.
We will schedule a short online meeting to align:
your vision, timeline, references, and the moments that matter most.
Rungs studios works with a beauty ,dreamy, editorial, documentary + cinematic approach.
We will guide you throughout the session to keep everything natural, calm, and connected.
Final editing decisions follow Neoma’s signature style.
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
Photos: 10 - 20 edited photos will delivered 1 week after wedding day
all final photos result will be send up to 30 days after the wedding day
Video: highlight video will send 2 week after the wedding day
all final videos result will be send up to 2 month after the wedding day
Delivered digitally via a private online link.
Minor revisions are available for small adjustments.
Major changes (full re-editing / changing the overall style) are not included.
Reschedule & Cancellation
Rescheduling is allowed once (subject to availability) with a minimum notice of 15 days.
Down payment remains non-refundable.
Cancellations within 7 days before the date may require full payment.
Weather & Unexpected Conditions
For outdoor sessions, weather and force majeure may affect the plan.
We will adjust the flow or reschedule when possible.
